TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

All practitioners at XCV Group Ltd are appropriately trained, qualified and fully insured in accordance with our treatment protocols. We do not guarantee treatment with a specific practitioner.

A £49 holding deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is redeemable against treatment on the day but is non-refundable.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or forfeiture of one treatment from a prepaid course.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or shorten your appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.

Children in Clinic

Clients must not bring children or anyone under the age of 18 to appointments.

Age Restriction

We do not treat patients under the age of 18.

Suitability for Treatment

Certain treatments, including injectables, skin treatments and plasma procedures, require appropriate preparation and suitability assessment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

  • You are medically unsuitable

  • You have not followed pre-treatment advice

  • You have fake tan, sun exposure, active skin conditions, or any contraindications

  • We believe treatment is not in your best interest

Patch tests may be required for some treatments.

Courses of Treatment

All prepaid courses are non-refundable.

Courses must begin within 3 months of the purchase date.

Patients must complete courses within the advised treatment timeframe as recommended by XCV Group Ltd. Some courses require sessions to be no more than 4–6 weeks apart. Failure to follow the recommended schedule may affect results and may result in the remaining sessions becoming void.

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Completed treatments

  • Prepaid treatments or courses

  • Change of mind

 

Results & Medical Disclaimer

Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. While we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding results.

Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal outcomes.

 

Complications & Aftercare

All treatments carry potential risks and side effects which will be discussed during your consultation. It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare advice provided.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and may void eligibility for review appointments.

 

Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records, treatment planning and monitoring progress. These images will never be used for marketing without your written consent.

 

Right to Refuse Treatment

XCV Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if deemed clinically appropriate.

 

Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be submitted in writing to:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 20 working days.
